Fixes outdated / broken links

• https://phonito.io/?b=b seems having temporary (?) issues =>we’ll keep it for now
• microbadger shut down => removed from list, also see https://github.com/microscaling/microbadger/issues/75#issuecomment-641906355
• codenvy.com is now RedHat CodeReady Workspaces => changed entry
• OpenShift Dedicated is now Red Hat OpenShift Dedicated => changed URL and description
• AppDynamics docker-monitoring-extension is now open source => changed URL to Github repository https://github.com/Appdynamics/docker-monitoring-extension
• YouTube still uses their https://consent.youtube.com/ml?continue= redirects for non logged in users => suggestion: remove monitoring for YouTube (Playlists) (?)
• Docker Events don’t use a subdomain anymore => adjusted URL

@agebhar1 as YouTube links are sometimes redirected and sometimes not, we should keep them to at least sometimes get notified that a video / playlist went offline or isn't available anymore
