Improve CPR-number integration for internationals #36

On the English part of the registration for long courses, we should not ask for CPR-number, but for birthday instead. This also applies for the English students.

This works pretty well. Problem is that the Birthday is not saved to EDBBrugsen. Please just put 1111 in the end and save in the CPR-field in EDB-Brugsen.

The saving should happen for long courses, short courses and vies.dk.
