Resize positions isn't saved between instances #2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the window to show current scripts for any page
2. Drag the divider between the script list and the script info box
3. Close the window and reopen it, positions are reset

A few elements seem to be missing IDs so their positions when dragged
aren't saved after you close the window in 1.0.3

This can be fixed by making sure all elements have proper IDs

Please provide any additional information below.
