After update to 1.0.4, my apt-get update could not get the file lock #3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. first update the GreaseFire to the latest version 1.0.4
2. the run apt-get update
3. after i close the firefox, then i can successfully run the apt update

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
 after update, the greasefire should not hold the file lock anymore

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
 ubuntu 9.04 firefox 3.0.11 

Please provide any additional information below.
this is the error information from my apt-get 
E: Could not get lock /var/cache/apt/archives/lock - open (11 Resource
temporarily unavailable)
E: Unable to lock the download directory

you should be able to use sudo apt-get update
I use Ubuntu too and I don't have this issue.
