Fixed Typo or Two and Added Hot Key Combo to Readme #223

Just added the hotkey to the readme and fixed a couple of typos... I dunno why, great plugin, seemed to be a shame that the plugin page and the readme missed a couple of details (or I did and it is in huge letters somewhere where I missed it!)
