why jump to click position function is jump to the next page position? is not jump the mouse position?

why jump to click position function is jump to the next page position? is not jump the mouse position? #247

some time use code glance and click some area, the viewport is jump to mouse position, but now click somewhere,the viewport is jump to next pagesize,but not mouse position. why?
