[アクセシビリティ対応] 続きを読む #206 [ 続きを読む]に screen-reader-text タグを追加しました

もしかして対応しなくてもよい？ wp:post-excerptのmoreTextを消してwp:read-more ボタンを追加するのはヘンなかんじアクセシビリティ対応してる、他のブロックテーマを見てもやってないみたいです
