Message about the incorrect entry of the account index is always in English #8

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open https://wallet.velas.com/ as registered user
  2. Go to Settings and choose any language from the available
  3. Set the value 0 in account index
  4. Press the left arrow to decrease the value 0

Actual result: Alert message is always in English, while the cancel button is displayed in the selected language in step 2

Expected result: Alert message and cancel button should be in the language selected in step 2
