Can you make it work on Windows?

Hi,

Most of the code is currently Linux based, but I think it should be possible to make it work on Windows. I may give it a try when have some spare time.

Or at least make it work on Ubuntu or Debian cause libreelec not yet support the Xbox One wireless dongle

That would probably be somewhat easier.
