Add support for Generic x86_64 project #2

PR includes:

Adds support for LibreELEC Generic x86_64
Configures Moonlight to use Kodi's configured ALSA audio output device

I verified that running the docker build and starting Moonlight works on Generic x86_64. As mentioned before, I don't have PI4 so I was not able to verify it. It should work though, unless I made a mistake somewhere. Requires testing.

Could also consider changing the name of the addon within Kodi from "Moonlight Pi 4" to maybe just "Moonlight", as it is a bit misleading on the Generic platform. And I guess the README.md would require updating.
