>divorce showing "decline" instead of "divorce" in the tooltip #556

Describe the bug after using >divorce the bot tells you to do ">divorce to decline" instead of " . . to divorce" which can be very confusing for new people.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. use >divorce
  2. see wrong tooltip

Expected behavior Miki saying ">divorce to divorce"
