Your local exp doesn't work #574

Describe the bug So you can't get local exp, it only goes up global exp. There is a bug where you can only have 3 local XP.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Type >profile
  2. Look at your local XP which is 3
  3. Then look at your global XP, it makes no sense

Expected behavior You will only have 3xp in local xp, global XP will only work

Update: ive found out that the number doesn't have to be three but it's usually ten times smaller than your usual amount

I'm not sure if it is that way tbh but that's how it's working for me
