Miki Staging doesn't recognize donator status. #600

Describe the bug

I have donator status with live Miki and can use commands, but Miki Staging doesn't recognize this.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Be in the Miki Development server.
  2. Have donator status.
  3. Use a donator only command.

Expected behavior

Permission to use the command.
