rock paper scissors emojis display incorrectly and new balance is incorrect

Describe the bug Rock,Paper,Scissors displays the scissor emote when the player chooses rock and the rock emote when they choose scissors

the "your new balance is" displays the wrong amount of mekos.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. rps 1 rock

2. see scissor emoji

3. see new balance, which doesnt match with your >bal

4. rps 1 scissors

5. See rock emoji

6. see new balance, which doesnt match with your >bal

Expected behavior the correct emojis should be displayed and the new balance should be correct
