Describe the bug When using >setevent / >setcommand , the success message is shown but the command is not disabled

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

use >setevent 0 , or >setevent o -g
Success message shows that the command has been disabled
Try to use the disabled command, the command still works

Expected behavior The command should be disabled.
