We need to define a schedule for when we'll be working on Bridge to Cyber work. This will allow us to balance the work around other obligations, and allow for a clear log of the length of time we'll be collaborating for, and where.
Our goal is to mostly be in-person for collaborating, but this is not required. Our meetings are definitely hybrid-flexible in most circumstances if there are adverse weather conditions. Outside of this, being in-person allows for better accessibility between us.
Additionally, it has already been determined that this work is supplementary to education. If a particular project or course finds itself taking up more time than expected for a week or two that will take priority over meeting during that time frame.

For now, it's been defined that we will be meeting for 4 hours a week, with 2 hours on Monday and 2 on Wednesday.
This schedule is subject to change in the future, but we feel 4 hours is a sufficient amount of time to start making progress each week. If we find our schedules are busier than anticipated, we may delegate less hours. On the contrary, if we find we cannot make much progress with 4 hours a week and our schedules permit, we'll increase this amount.
