I am aware of this issue. I expected the desktop version to gain support for a decorated title bar.

I used telegram on Windows and know that they use a custom title bar which could be the reason why this issue is specific to telegram.

The solution is to add a special case for telegram.

Resolving https://github.com/velitasali/GTKTitleBar/issues/2 can also resolve this.

I'm seeing this issue in qbittorrent and virtualbox. I suspect a lot of qt5 apps are affected. This happens most often when i unlock the screen or use the app for a long time or try to hide then bring it back. Also the minimize and maximize buttons disappear.

This also appears to happen with Spotify (deb). However, I'm not sure if this might be an issue that is aggravated by the Hide Top Bar extension (where some apps might think they've been put into a permanent full screen?)

@jacksongoode Is there a specific reason for using Hide Top Bar and this extension together? Also, if both are altering the same WM arguments, it shouldn't be a problem. Of course, this is just a guess. You should only enable one of them at the same time.

Btw, just realized that this issue is closed. Please open a different issue, if you think there is a bug.
