Update time in the future #67

Hi guys,

Weather Notification app would be great if I could get it to work properly.  
I'm in Melbourne Australia.  It correctly figures out where I am, but seems to 
think the time is about 15 to 16 hours into the future.  For example, right now 
it is 11:14am 2nd Feb here, but your app thinks it's 2:30am tomorrow morning 
(3rd Feb).  That's the date/time it shows when I tap on the notification to see 
the longer report, and also in the settings.  The weather it reports is 
generally way out, maybe because it is asking for weather at the wrong time?  
Also, I have it set to update every hour, but it doesn't update more than about 
once a day.  I suspect this is also because it thinks I'm 16 hours in the 
future, so won't update till one hour after that.

Are you aware of such issues?
