m.openweathermap.org URL doesn't work #83

It seems, openweathermap.org doesn't support separate mobile version of their 
web site any more. So the link 
http://m.openweathermap.org/city/{city_id}#forecast from detailed screen 
(appears on tap on weather notification) doesn't work too (returns 404 Not 
Found). But it works without prefix "m.", i.e. 
http://openweathermap.org/city/{city_id}#forecast
