Sign MainGUI.jar

If MainGUI.jar is signed, it can be launched using Java(TM) Web Start Launcher.

I would like to include a way to launch this tool from Droid Explorer
(http://de.codeplex.com/) and using the JNLP file would be best because
then I can always ensure the user is launching the latest version. I can
pull the APK and push it to the Android Device before launching, so they
will have the latest version of that too.

I have a temporary jar up that I signed, but would like to point to the official
build so it is always the latest.
