This PR shows the changes needed on the default Vercel chatbot example to get a Vellum workflow working. Got pretty far, but ran into some Vellum-side limitations. Don't be spooked by LoC - most of that is package-lock.json changes that I may try to merge in separately

Changes needed from Vellum:

Noticed a bug in running different scenarios
Support Function call outputs from terminal output nodes
