Uploaded files got a URL like https://XYZ.slack.com/files//. You need to be logged into that slack domain to see it. Of course Telegram and IRC users are not logged in, so their clients cannot expand the images. We should relay the file through a URL hosted by the bridge like we do for Telegram files.
