Vercel install instruction #20

Cloudflare Workers is slower and has limitations. Vercel is more convenient for deployment. Please make instructions for installation on Vercel.

I am writing up updated instructions but I am unsure how to use Vercel in the same way as Cloudflare.

If you can provide me a good guide I can add those instructions for Vercel.
