The running time of runCIBERSORT function is so long #3

As you descriped in vignettes, I re-run the cibersort.Rmd in your processed datasets with code:

CIBER <- runCIBERSORT(NicheDataLCM, mean_by_cluster, LCM_design, mc.cores=48)

After two days of running, it is still not over, is there a problem? And I also woder it is there a difference between your function runCIBERSORT and CIBERSORT.R downloaded from official website?

Hi! I have the same problem with yours, it took much time with my macbook. But my college runs the CIBERSORT with his Windows system and it returns results in 5 mins.
