Good day. I tried to make sense of the 'scores' the different interaction get in the output, but the lack of documentation is not helping. I found in many cases 'high' scores for interactions where one part of the pair is not even expressed in the given cell pair. I do see that for every cell pair, all interactions are listed that was found in the whole data, but I'm puzzled why are some of these among the top scoring interactions when the said interaction is not possible. Could you please detail the documentation with information about the scoring system used?
