Page number on second page of Table of Contents has bad spacing #73

It's placement makes it look like it's part of the list of page numbers.

Agreed. But I don't really create the table of content - this is lilypond job. The only way I see of fixing this is if we create the table of content ourselves. This is certainly possible (we have all the info). But it will take a little bit of work.

Come to think of it, maybe lilypond has a feature to customize the index? Investigate...

I would be surprised if there was no way to adjust layout of Lilypond's table of contents. That being said, one of the items on our todo list is an index, which I think we will have to generate ourselves. Perhaps we could use the same code for both the index and the table of contents (if Lilypond's can't be customized)

I would rather have both a lilypond customizable TOC AND our own...:)
