Add tune: Don't Get Around Much Anymore #77

There are some challenges with this tune:

  1. The precise rhythm of the changes is hard to read unless the measures are enlarged.
  2. There are some places where there are no changes specified, but I think the implication is that the previous chord is NOT repeated. Lilypond tries to be helpful by reiterating chords when moving to a new staff, but it ends up making this tune sound a bit odd. One option would be to use s chords, or even r chords, but the source does not specify that the previous chord is no-longer in effect, I just personally think it sounds funny.
