Backup/restore via container ops #17

Using compose or perhaps otherwise, the goal is to enable Datomic backup/restore to be used without the user needing to worry about how to download/install Datomic and invoke commands themselves. Could be as simple as basic scripts that wget/curl the latest Datomic, though, tbh.
