Cata Support + Others

Adds:

• Cata support
• DR tracker icons showing immediately on apply (without a timer) instead of only on refresh/remove
• Dynamic DR detection (checks if the aura is greater than half of the full duration, and if so assumes the DR has dynamically reset)
• Option to remove the DR text (I found it quite enjoyable to use only the colored borders and no text, so adding this as an option for all to use)
• Cleanup DR tracker GUI a bit

Note: This has not been tested extensively on Cata and not at all on Retail.

I'm busy with leveling right now, I'll try it out later on cata and retail before cutting a new release.

Sounds great, Id do the same thing - try it on retail and cata next week before making a release.
