use $_X instead of $HTTP_X_VARS (using global search/replace) #63

it seems they're copied, because I need to addslashes manually to $_GET/$_POST stuff... TBD

have question about that. why u use $HTTP_GET_VARS not $_GET??? newest version of php dont use that and dont run

Because all the mods (most of which started in 2003, 2004 or 2005) used it. I'll do the removal soon-ish.

I already did the removal for IntegraMOD (just now actually): https://github.com/IntegraMOD/IntegraMOD150/pull/34
