Teleport on fight end #77

It should be possible to teleport a character on fight end.

Either when winning or losing.

I have added the SQL and Interface. Now I need to add the code to adr_battle

Apparently this was a mod called:

But my version allow teleport on fight win as well.

Their version is very complicated. For no reason I think. I prefer my version.
