Plugin description

We should have it to where you could auto reply to someone with either presets or custom messages

Elaborate

Say that someone messages when you are asleep it auto replies sorry sleeping after 5 minutes or whatever amount the user chooses and you could choose your time zone if it would in anyway

Falls into "selfbotty" category. Automated message sending is not an ideal thing to have in a lot of our opinions.
