This suggestion is entirely based off of the TextReact plugin in Aliucord, which added a message context menu item that allowed a user to enter text and automatically converted it to a series of reactions.
Elaborate
The original plugin was able to delay its reactions to avoid being ratelimited, and as well as using the default letter emojis (e.g. :regional_indicator_e:) would then attempt to use alternatives (e.g. :e_mail:) for duplicate letters. It also accounted for spaces where possible (defaulting to :black_small_square:, with a few alternatives).
If a message included characters it didn't support, or too many instances of a letter, it would display the following message:
