Let user select which app to upload a file from.

When you click the plus icon on chatbox and click files it opens google files (for android idk about iOS). i want a plugin that will let us choose the app we want by giving us a popup. (for example, google photos, system file picker, google drive etc etc) afaik there was an aliucord plugin that did this so if you need more info on what i mean i can provide an SS.

I can normally pick any app to use on OneUI.
