Upgrade SSM #16

As per this forum post https://our.umbraco.com/packages/website-utilities/vendr/vendr-support/105894-order-summary-does-not-expand-mobile-view#comment-330249 it appears the Simple State Machine library version we are using might have stopped working. Upgrading appears to resolve their issue so we should probably test this.

Closing this issue as in the upcoming update, I've dropped the need of this library alltogether
