locating data and data-repository #9

hello!

I am unable to locate the data from http://joonsuk.org/. Could you provide a direct link. Also, the repository ./data/process/erule/train/ does no longer seem to exist.

This is the link (I found it on http://joonsuk.org, under "data" next to this paper.)

It seems indeed that the path structure in that zip has changed, it has /cdcp/train instead of /erule/train. Just extract the contents to ./data/process and rename cdcp to erule.

Alternatively, you could modify the code to load the right path (or a custom path) and send a PR please.
