Installer causing warnings on anti-virus during install #693

Reproduce:
Active Panda Internet Security 2016 installed and active
Execute the Cloud SDK installer... (screen2.png image shows components, 
selected)

winkeygen.exe is the flagged...is that needed? If so, suggest maybe some 
guidance in instructions for that  kind of thing.

I haven't executed any gcloud commands yet.

Can you please provide the information in the 'Details' section of the Panda 
dialog?

The winkeygen.exe binary is part of putty. We use this during the execution of 
`gcloud compute ssh` and `gcloud compute copy-files`. As you can see here, this 
binary is considered safe by all the major anti-virus software:

I also received a Virus report from McAfee when installing the Google Cloud SDK.

It reports it as infected with Artemis!88E7044E21C1    

Since the file was immediately deleted upon installation I'm not able to check 
if the SHA256 hash of the file matches the report from virustotal.com

Sorry, forgot to mention, the virus was reported in the same file  winkeygen.exe

Can you try downloading the zip install file and checking the SHA256 for it?
