Not sure why the conflict... also I just noticed there's a nrallyx.xbm in the repository but it's not used when playing New Rally-X or the 32k version... it just displays rallyx on the oled. I figure it was made looking at the "mame" name in the mra file and not the rbf that gets loaded which seems to be rallyx.qbf

There is already an Rally-X just created by Reg (see Forum) and added by me a few minutes before.
