New pictures for american version of Sega MegaDrive (Genesis), MegaCD (Sega CD) for now. PCEngine (TurboGrafx16) and others to come. Adapted ini, script, and added sha1.txt for the XBM_American folder.

Could you change the INI Option to "USE_US_PICTURE" and the folder name to "XBM_US". Maybe there will be others later like "JPN", "GER" or "FRA". Makes it easier.

And you don't need to add the sha file, I will generate it.
