CAB extraction is broken #220

CAB extraction seems to be broken in the latest XADMaster. The Unarchiver
reports "Error on decrunching" when extracting CAB files. From what I was
able to gather, it seems something is wrong with either computing checksums
or getting the stored checksum (XADTest2 and 3 claim every file in the cab
archive has a wrong checksum).

I don't know enough about XADMaster's internals or Objective-C to figure
out what's wrong, sorry. I may be way off as well.

Attached a cab file as a sample. It comes from PJIRC.

Already fixed in the development version.
