Add support for UHA #227

UHA is rather rare, but not unheard of. And, if you were to add it, this would 
be the only Mac app to 
handle that file type.

Well, I do want to add support for anything that is or has been in use, but 
without any clues it would be a great 
deal of work.

If anyone else has any pointers, post them!

Maybe digging in to some Windows apps that deal with odd algorithms like UHA 
and KGB would reveal some 
clues. Maybe they are licensed, but SOMEONE has to have the specification!  
Wish I could help. But in any case 
it might be worth your while as presently the Mac compression schemes are 
limited to the popular names.
