self-extracting .exe's from microsoft won't extract #239

The files at 
<http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=21EABB90-
958F-4B64-B5F1-73D0A413C8EF&displaylang=en> 
won't extract themselves...   I only got to test with the 
IE6-XPSP3.exe and IE7-XPSP3.exe

I get the message "The contents of the file  XXX can not be extracted with this 
program".

Just so you know. That said, this program is soo good...

Strange, from a quick look it seems those are self-extracting RAR files, which 
should be 
extractable. I will have to look closer into why they don't extract as expected.

Stuffit was able to  extract the IE7...  one, but balked on the IE6... at the 
end of the extraction just FYI.
Anyway, anything I can help with, dont hesitate asking

I actually found two issues with these files, and I've tried to fix both of 
them. Hopefully it should work better now.
