Reproducible.  Archive Utility successfully unarchives it.  Tarball can be 
downloaded from:

http://dev.chromium.org/developers/how-tos/get-the-code

Please post a link to the exact tarball that fails, as they are updated very 
often.

Based on path when Unarchiver stops, unarchiving appears to fail at:
home/chrome-svn/tarball/chromium/src/third_party/cygwin/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.
10/File/.svn/text-based/pushd.pod.svn-base

Have searched logs, but can't find any additional info.  May be looking in 
wrong places, though.

I suspect this is the same as issue 204, but I'll have to investigate further 
later.

Actually, after investigating, it seems the file SHOULD be extracting properly. 
However, due to a set of 
unfortunate circumstances, it triggers a pretty bad behavior in the unpacker 
that causes it to make a long pause 
at this file. If you wait, it should continue unpacking.

However, I will attempt to figure out a fix to remove this pausing. It's not 
very obvious how to deal with it, 
though.

Actually, having fixed that, I found that there were still more bugs related to 
this archive.

I THINK they should all be fixed now.
