Map Printing #7

Enable printing of the map frame. Some form of scale indication needs to be 
added as well

The printing framework is completed. Must tweak the graphics transform to fit 
on the page. Cannot continue due to not being able to print from the current 
development machine.

Printing has been verified as working but needs further coordinate 
transformation to fit on the page. Rotate 90 degrees and scale w/ constant 
aspect ratio to fit on the page. Look into increasing resolution of the 
JXMapViewer, the printed copy looks somewhat grainy.
