What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. compile & install on linux
2. run any demo
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
firefox won't show the demo working nor the "graphics card not supported"
message and doesn't crash, instead it just shows a white area for the 3d
view and the rest of the html controls
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
o3d 0.1.43 (self compiled),
browser firefox 3.5.
os ubuntu linux 9.10
opengl mesa 7.6
graphics driver xf86-video-intel 2.2.9
What hardware are you using: graphics card type? motherboard type?
graphics hardware intel 4 series express chipset
chipset core2 duo 64bit intel
Please provide any additional information below.
same process with an ati x1400 and 32bit hardware, latest drivers, linux
2.6.31 with KMS activated , firefox crashes (also, with this ati x1400 on
windows works with catalyst 9.3 driver)
