Does not run on Gingerbread AOSP ROMs #10

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install a Gingerbread ROM on HTC Desire
2. Install ipcamera app
3. Run app
4. Check camera works fine
5. click start button - nothing happens
6. Must exit program

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Fisrt run through got stuck at "please waiting"
Second run through got stuck at "starting video surveillance for Android, 
version 1.0"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Oxygen 2.0.1 Gingerbread 2.3.3 ROM on HTC Desire -  rooted - s-off

Please provide any additional information below.
