Custom Puzzle Image Creation #100

When a new puzzle is created an image is generated and sent to the server, 
images are stored in the CustomPuzzleImages folder. These images will be used 
for the Custom Puzzle Showcase area of the CSDT Social site, this will allow 
users to have an image of their puzzle already created and in the correct size.
