Dustin is a cheater #62

When you restart a puzzle the values of the tools stays how they were allowing 
a player to quickly do multiple moves after a restart.

When restart is selected all text fields should return to default.

Also Dustin's highscores need to be cleared from the database because he is a 
filthy filthy cheater.

The not so cheating exploit has been removed in game mode.
