when installing the Anroid Notifier Desktop, my computer cant install the "Bluetooth Peripheral Device" #361

IMPORTANT: PLEASE search the existing issues (including closed ones) for
something similar before filing a new one.

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT file more duplicates of issue 3 (bluetooth
notifications not working).

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. notifications will not be sent, even when phone is paired and connected to 
laptop
2. on the laptop when i view my Droid 2 on Bluetooth Devices, troubleshooting 
tells me the Bluetooth Peripheral Device was not installed properly, and then 
tells me it can't install it now either
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
i expect the device to be installed, i don't know why it isn't

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
newest version of product, downloaded 2/22/11. Android operating system version 
2.2

Please provide the log output if possible (from the alogcat app on android,
Show Log menu on the multiplatform client, or Console on native mac app):
