Need help for Whatsapp bulk - "old Version" #1054

I am not a technical person, i've bought a whatsapp bulk web based program from a programmer but now he is no longer support me. And now i am facing problem that whatsapp is keep blocking my sender with reason "old version"

Can someone who already have solution to help me solve on this. Willing to pay if this problem are solved. Please whatsapp me at 60122348722.
